Well, the first REEL LIVE is history!

Subject:CINEMA’s REEL LIVE debuted this evening at 6 PM US Eastern time.

We got through the whole hour despite the fact that we had NO Calls…which we were naturally disappointed about…but it’s brand new and we were hoping for just a few calls, so we aren’t too discouraged. More publicity will be in order next time…

Our loyal regular Mark Shields emailed us from Northern Ireland and said he listened and that it came off pretty good for the first show, so that was good news. We actually weren’t sure if it was going out over the air or not because of the lack of calls. The sound isn’t too bad either, though not as good as i’d hoped.

In any case, we’ll try again sometime in March, and we hope to coordinate it with our regular S:C listeners to try and get more people to call in. It was a learn-as-you-go experience, and people who listened will now know WHY we do more than a little prep for the weekly show, heh heh heh…
