Now, let me see, where were we? Oh, yes, BEFORE My Gall Bladder decided to attack me…

…things were actually gaining momentum…which has now probably been lost due to the fact that i’ve been out of commission for the past 5 days.

The thing that ticks me off is that the hospital I was in HAD internet access…but BLOCKED EVERYTHING I NEEDED – Typepad, BlogTalkRadio, etc. I was SO PISSED…

I got home at around 3:45 ET this afternoon. Yesterday afternoon at that time, I was in surgery, having my gall bladder removed. It was done "laporscopically", in other words, they balloon your tummy up with gas, go in with a camera, and remove it.  I was back in my room by 4:30 yesterday afternoon, and completely out of it until this morning thanks to all those nice anesthetics they give you….

I will be out of work for two weeks, and then I have a  followup, but obviously they thought I could handle coming home, so I did…and MAN did I miss my computer…I"m not feeling the best either – I have to wear this tight brace for the next two weeks to make sure it heals right – but they want me to move around and such so move around I shall.

In any case, I just wanted to thank everyone for the well-wishes, they’re much appreciated!  And to clarifiy that this weekend’s premiere of Hero Heat IS ON SCHEDULE. Hopefully we won’t have any more crazy shit to deal with…

I’ll be back with some thoughts about my hospital stay tomorrow…
