Polanski is out; Swiss refuse request to Extradite

Deadline:HOLLYWOOD’s Nikki Finke has posted news of an Associated Press report that Roman Polanski has been released from a Swiss jail and is no longer facing extradition to the US on a 1977 conviction for statutory rape.
