RED CARPET MONITOR: “The Rider” tops Gotham Awards

IFP‘s 28th annual Gotham Awards were handled out in New York last night, and as usual, the eclectic show went its own direction, naming the critically adored but tiny and little seen film “The Rider” as best picture. while the Audience Award went to the delightful Mister Rogers doc “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?“
